Bien a général sauf le fait qu'il n'y est aucune personne physique pour gérer une situation J 'avais annulé une reservation et fait une autre en avancant l'horaire d'arrivée au parking puis etant arrivé plus tard ( suite retard SNCF!!) de paris ,je voulais voir comment gérer le différentiel : hors il n 'y a personne .
