Hotel car parks: how to access?

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains all the information you need to get in and out of the parking lot. In most car parks, you just have to type your 6-numbers code followed by the # on the Onepark keyboard at the entrance of the car park.

For some car parks, you enter by taking a ticket or by ringing the intercom. On your return, you just need to present your booking email at the reception in order to receive a prepaid exit ticket allowing you to leave the car park.

All practical information for entering and leaving the car park is indicated in your confirmation email.

Once parked in the car park, the pedestrian exit is through the hotel lobby.

Where to take the shuttle?

All the car parks located in the hotel zone provide you with free shuttles that pass in front of the hall of each hotel. The shuttles allow you to quickly reach the terminals of Roissy airport.
