- The booking can be cancelled until 48 hours before its beginning.
Access
Access to the port
From the parking lot, a free shuttle will take you in 10 minutes by free shuttle to the Venice cruise ends.
On your return, you can call the shuttle at the number indicated in your confirmation email. The shuttle will wait for you at the same place where it left you on the outward journey.
The shuttle service runs every 15 minutes from 6:00 to 20:00 7 days a week.
Entry and exit from the car park
Go to the parking reception and present your booking confirmation email (in electronic or paper version).
Practical information
- After checking the condition of the vehicle, you will hand over the keys to the staff who will keep them for the duration of the stay;
- In case of delay compared to the time indicated in the booking or for any change during the parking period, we invite you to inform the parking lot by calling the shuttle number;
- If you pick up your vehicle later than expected, a supplement will be paid on the spot, according to the parking fee grid.
