In order to be able to book your own parking spot, you must first create a Onepark account from the website or the mobile application. It's completely free to sign up and you can even connect through your Facebook account to save time.

You can book a parking space from the website or our free mobile application available on iPhone and Android. Select your arrival and departure dates, click "Find", choose your parking and the package that suits you the most, and click "Book now".

> You're free to park your car up to 1 hour before the effective start of your reservation. Your parking package will start when you enter the parking. EG: If booked a 4 hours parking package that starts at 8:00 and you arrive at 07:30, you will need to leave at 11:30 or pay an additional fee.

You're free to arrive up to 3 hours after the start time of your reservation.

There are no booking fee.

You can cancel a reservation up to 15 minutes before its start time by going to 'My Account' > 'My Bookings'.

You can't modify a reservation. You can cancel it for free and then make a new one.

You can't exit and re-enter the parking with your reservation, except if you paid for a subscription. To have in-and-out privileges on your reservation, contact us.

"Most of our parkings are equipped with a keypad. In this cas, you only need to enter your 6 digits code followed by # on the keypad. You can find your access code in the confirmation email of your reservation."

Sometimes, you will have to call a number to access the parking. The confirmation email of your reservation contains the phone number you will need to call in order to open the parking gate. You MUST use the same number you specified when you signed up for Onepark.

Yes.

In some case, you will need to go to the parking's reception and show your confirmation email. A prepaid exit ticket will be given to you. Please check your confirmation email for more details.

Follow the Onepark signs to get to the Onepark spots. If there are no Onepark signs, you're free to park wherever you want.

Pedestrian access differ from one parking to another. Sometimes there is a specific pedestrian access with a Onepark keypad on which you'll need to use your personnal code. In other cases, you'll have to go through the hotel's reception or simply use the parking's pedestrian access if there is one. Pedestrian access is detailed in each parking page, in the 'Parking entrance' tab.

Packages

You need a parking spot for an evening, a night, a week-end, a week..?

Onepark has a wide range of packages for all kinds of needs.

You just have to choose the length of your stay, we will offer you the most attractive package. For example, it's often worth taking a 24h package for a length of 15 hours.

The price correspond to the duration of the package, if you exceed the length of your reservation, there will be an extra fee calculated on the basis of the hourly rate.

Subscriptions

You need a parking sot close to your home or your workplace ?

Onepark provides you several subscriptions adapted to your needs. With the 'Pro Subscription' you can park in one of our parking close to your worplace 5 days a week, from morning to evening.

If you need more, the classic subscription gives you a 24/7 access to the parking of your choice.

If you overstay your reservation, you'll be charged an extra fee calculated upon the hourly rate of the parking.

You can check the history and the status of each of your reservation in your Onepark account: confirmed, started, finsished, canceled or expired.

The payment is made via credit card. You need to add a credit card in order to make a reservation. The whole payment process is encrypted by our partner and Onepark do not store your banking information.

You need to add your credit card so that we can entirely refund you if you cancel your reservation. You can delete your credit card information at any time in your Onepark account, in the "My Payment Info" tab.

Once your reservation is over, you will receive a mail including your bill.
