Access
Entry and exit from the car park
Arrival at the car park
To access the car park , scan the QR code contained in your email confirmation (mobile or paper version) at the terminal. If you are using your phone, please tilt it 45 degrees in front of the scan to allow reading. The terminal will issue you with a prepaid exit ticket. Keep this ticket, it will be used to exit the car park.
In the event of a QR code malfunction, please ring the intercom, an agent will tell you what to do.
Pedestrian access
To access the car park, use the ticket on the readers located near the doors.
It is strictly forbidden to use the vehicle accesses.
Exit from the car park
To exit the car park, insert the exit ticket into the exit terminal.
Your parking ticket will allow you multiple entrances and exits from 1 day of parking.
In the event of an overrun, you will have to pay it directly to the car park according to the price list displayed on site.

En soit le parking est parfait en tout point à une condition : j'ai payé à l'avance de 17h45 à 23h45 le 28/06/22 pour un concert soit 27€ et quelques, pour ça il fallait juste que je présente un QR code à l'entrer. Nous sommes parties vers 22h30 et on ne pouvait pas sortir à la borne si nous n'avions pas réglé les 18€ ! Comment peut-on rester moins de temps que déjà ce qu'on a payé et nous redemander de payer le temps qu'on est resté ?! Je souhaite faire une réclamation afin que l'on me rembourse les 27€ que j'avais payé en avance du coup vu que ça n'a servi strictement à rien.

Parking fiable, propre, réservation et accès faciles par smartphone avec le véhicule. Accès par ascenseur pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, à recommander !
