Access
Entry and exit from the car park
Arrival at the car park
To access the car park , scan the QR code contained in your email confirmation (mobile or paper version) at the terminal. If you are using your phone, please tilt it 45 degrees in front of the scan to allow reading. The terminal will issue you with a prepaid exit ticket. Keep this ticket, it will be used to exit the car park.
In the event of a QR code malfunction, please ring the intercom, an agent will tell you what to do.
Pedestrian access
To enter, when you return to the car park, insert your parking ticket in the reader located next to the pedestrian access door. Exits and entrances are via rue de la Chaussée d'Antin and rue Meyerbeer.
It is strictly forbidden to use the vehicle accesses.
Exit from the car park
To exit the car park, insert the exit ticket into the exit terminal.
Your parking ticket will allow you multiple entrances and exits from 1 day of parking.
In the event of an overrun, you will have to pay it directly to the car park according to the price list displayed on site.

Première visite, nous sommes enchantés. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Paris, grands magasins et spectacles, accès facile à la rive gauche, etc.…. J'ai en outre eu besoin de l'aide du personnel de l'accueil pour comprendre le fonctionnement et la géographie du parking, son amabilité et son efficacité ont été exemplaires. Cela fait plaisir dans ce monde touristico-économique qui n'a pas toujours bonne réputation. Encouragements……………………..

Le ticket de sortie ne marchait pas, le temps d'aller chercher les personnes à l'accueil, l'heure était dépassée d'une minute. On nous a fait payer 1 euro supplémentaire, c'est inadmissible CHRISTIAN

Gros problème avec le personnel on vous laisse attendre devant l'accueil 30minutes et on vous les factures bien entendu. Le monsieur à l'accueil ne comprenait rien, il n'était pas présent à son poste pendant 15 minutes la queue c'est allonger et le temps d'attente vous le payer vue que vous êtes obliger de passer par lui pour partir. Un seul mot : inadmissible
