Parking minuscule : 15 véhicules. Malgré la réservation, on arrive, il n'y a plus de place. Arrivées le 25/12, nous parvenons à contacter l'Assistance mais l'interlocuteur nous dit qu'il n'a pas de solution. Le personnel joignable à la borne du parking ne résout rien non plus. Coup de chance, un véhicule part et nous en profitons pour nous stationner. Nous constaterons au moment de repartir que les consignes indiquées sur le mail de confirmation de réservation ne correspondent pas à ce qu'il faut faire. Si vous réservez, ne cherchez pas à obtenir un ticket permettant de sortir et entrer dans le parking à volonté, sonnez à la borne du parking et indiquer le n° de réservation à l'interlocuteur qui ouvre la barrière.

Es imposible contactar con el parking, es imposible contactar con Onepark, cuesta muchĂsimo resolver cualquier tipo de incidencia, ya que no disponen de un telĂ©fono y la manera más rápida segĂşn ellos es el correo electrĂłnico y te contestan a las 24 horas, pĂ©simo, servicio, pĂ©sima, aplicaciĂłn, pĂ©simo, parking
