Cancellation
- The booking can be cancelled until 1 hour before its beginning.

Entry and exit from the car park
Go to the car park reception and present your booking confirmation email (in electronic or paper version).
Practical information
- The customer must leave the keys to the staff who will keep them for the rest of the stay;
- If you collect the vehicle later than expected, a supplement will be paid on the spot, according to the car park fee grid.
