Cancellation
- The booking can be cancelled until 24 hours before its beginning.

From the car park, a free shuttle service will drop you at the airport in 3 minutes.
Upon return and after collecting your luggage, call the shuttle service at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email , the meeting point will be at the Departures Terminal (last revolving door) .
The shuttle service runs 24/7.
Entry and exit from the car park
Please go to the car park reception and show the booking confirmation email (printed or on your smartphone).
Useful information
- The shuttle service cannot transport more than 5 people in the same group, so we advise you to leave your luggage and other passengers at the airport before going to the car park lot;
- In case of delay in relation to the arrival time entered in your booking, as well as for any changes, please call the number in your confirmation email;
- If you exceed the parking time, you will have to pay an additional fee on site, according to the car park prices.

Lamentávelmente o preço praticado é de facto baixo mas a isto está associado falta de responsabilização pelos veículos e é uma desorganização total. A fechadura do meu carro foi forçada e a porta do condutor simplesmente não abre e ninguém sabia nem quem foi nem como resolver. Espero que a empresa assuma o arranjo tal como ficou verbalmente acordado.

Excelente serviço simpatia e profissionalismo recomendo vivamente 😊
O preço é baixo, mas houve alguma confusão na entrega do carro, não o tinham preparado para entrega e culpavam os colegas por falta de organização, o local de levantamento é bastante escuro, pois tive que ligar a luz do telemóvel para ver as condições do carro. Alguma confusão que poderá não compensar.
