Cancellation
- The booking can be cancelled until 24 hours before its beginning.
Access
Entry and exit from the car park
On arrival
30 minutes before arrival at Schiphol Airport, call the driver at the telephone number stated in your confirmation email. The driver is waiting for you in the bend between Departures 2 and 3.
The driver will check your vehicle for any damage before driving it to the car park.
Upon return
Before collecting your luggage, call the driver at the telephone number provided in your confirmation email.
The driver will return your vehicle to the place where you delivered it .
Good to know
- In the event of a change in your arrival or return, you must call the servant number you will find in your booking confirmation to check the servant's availability;
- To ensure that the driver can easily recognize your vehicle, we recommend that you state the color in addition to the vehicle model when booking;
- If the parking time is exceeded, you pay directly to the driver, according to the current hourly rate.
