Tout simplement parfait ! Rapidité, efficacité, amabilité, ponctualité. Et la voiture est garée dans un parking fermé. J'utilise ce parking depuis plusieurs années, rien à dire.

Parfaitement insatisfaite du service. Confusion entre le Pullman du centre et celui de l’aéroport. Embarassés, nous l’expliquons à l’employée qui n’a rien voulu savoir. Peut-être aurait-il été simple de « « « switcher » les deux places entre les deux parkings où des places étaient disponibles. 58€ perdus, c’est honteux!! Je déconseille cet hôtel vu la réaction dans ce cas précis, nous n’imaginons pas quel serait le service rendu en cas d’incident sur la voiture.

C'est parfait, efficace et très agréable! Le seul problème en ce moment avec les travaux sur Jean Jaurès est d'accéder à la contre allée qui passe devant l'hotel (passer par la rue des 7 troubadours et la rue Arnaud Vidal). Le réceptionniste est très sympa: vous lui laissez la clef et la voiture, et vous allez prendre votre train insouciant et léger. Au retour, il vous sort la voiture et youpie! La grande classe (du coup, un petit pourboire me paraît la moindre des choses)! Je recommande vivement!
