The EFFIA Official Car Park offers you direct access to St Charles station, M1 and M2 metros and buses.

The car park is secure and accessible 24/7.

  • The booking can be cancelled until 3 hours before its beginning.

Access

Entry and exit from the car park

When you arrive at the car park, go to the barrier: your license plate will be scanned and a prepaid ticket will be issued to you to open the second access barrier to level 1.

To exit the car park, the barrier will open automatically after being scanned and recognized.

Good to know

  • Once the reservation is confirmed, the license plate cannot be changed . We therefore invite you to carefully check the license plate number entered in your customer account in order to benefit from the automatic opening of the car park;
  • In the event of a problem at the entrance to the car park , if the barrier does not open automatically, enter the code in your confirmation email and validate with the "ticket" button to obtain your prepaid ticket;
  • In the event of a problem at the car park exit , if the barrier does not open automatically, insert your prepaid ticket;
  • If the car park displays "full", your booking will still allow you to access it;
  • In the event of an overrun, you would have to pay it directly to the car park according to the hourly rate in force.

    J'ai prépayé dans les 75€ pour le week-end, on m'a fait repayer en sortant 69€, de plus resté bloqué 30mn avant de pouvoir sortir car un véhicule devant nous avait aussi un souci de ticket. Je vais contacter le service client pour me faire rembourser mon double règlement :(

    La barrière n'a pas fonctionné a mon arrivée et ni a la sortie. Toujours faire appel au gardien pour sortir a chaque poste de sortie

    Je n'ai pas réussi à utiliser ma réservation! Les nouvelles bornes ne sont pas ergonomique: pas possible de prendre le ticket sans sortir et pas possible de payer sans sortir du véhicule De plus le parking est sale et mal entretenu

    Accès et sécurité semblent corrects. Cependant malgré notre réservation notre code d'accès était inconnu. De plus nous avons essayé de joindre onepark au téléphone sur le numéro indiqué dans la réservation et le répondeur nous raccroche au nez en mentionnant numéro non enregistré alors que que nous avions reçu un SMS ce qui prouve que notre numéro était connu. d'où une perte de temps à l'entrée comme à la sortie du parking.
