Entry and exit from the car park
Access to the car park
When you arrive at the car park, present your Onepark confirmation email at the reception. An inventory will be made before collecting the keys to your vehicle.
You will then be picked up and transferred to the airport by shuttle.
Parking exit
After collecting your luggage and going through customs, all you need to do is call the telephone number indicated in the confirmation email so that a shuttle can pick you up at the airport drop-off point.
In the event of an overrun, you will have to pay it directly at the car park according to the price list displayed on site.

personnel peu compétent et pas commercial pas de constat état véhicule à l'arrivée .Dépose minute loin de l'aérogare mauvais renseignements donnés pour le RDV retour ( retour par nuit) navette effectuée dans véhicules sales,usagés et en mauvais état. A DECONSEILLER

nous sommes ravi de cette prestation. personnel agréable et aucune attente pour nous déposer à l'aéroport où pour nous reprendre. rapport qualité prix imbattable, c'est le top.
Very unpleasant experience: even booked&confirmed&paid, at arrival parking was close with nobody answering to phone. As I was in risk of loosing the flight I had to find an emergency solution with significantly higher costs. Nobody return to me related to an explanation or answer for reimbursement even I passed the information in real time. Unprofesionnal aproach with no customer care.
