Enter the code present in your confirmation email. Do not press the "validation" button. The terminal will issue you a prepaid exit ticket.

If the car park displays "full", your booking will still allow you to access it;
The access code is valid 60 minutes before or after the start of the reservation. After this time we invite you to ring the intercom;

Problème d'accès au parking. Il n' y a pas de touche V sur la borne pour valider mon code mais OK (très mal indiqué). En appuyant sur la touche OK pas de ticket, appel à la borne sans réponse. J'ai du prendre un ticket et de fait on m'a demandé de payer lors de ma sortie. J'ai enfin pu joindre quelqu'un qui après lui avoir expliqué mon problème m'a ouvert la barrière

Il faut appeler pour entrer au parking et il faut appeler pour sortir alors que des caméras pour lire l'immatriculations des des gens qui ont réservé et payer, placer à l'entrée et sortie aurait été plus pratique

L'accès et la sortie sont compliqués en cas de grosse affluence à la gare. Au moment de sortir attente car le ticket donné à l'entrée réclamait un nouveau paiement de 120€. Il a fallu tout redonner à l'opératrice au téléphone alors que nous bloquions la sortie pour les autres voitures.
